 First Fridays Returns at the Cedarburg Cultural Center
Friday, October 6, 2017 through Friday, May 4, 2018. 6pm-9pm. First Fridays is presented on the first Friday of the month, Oct 2017 through May 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. inside the Cedarburg Cultural Center. In the 2017-2018 season, guests will be greeted to a performance at 6:00pm followed by the featured band at 7:00pm. Kid's craft hour is 6-7:00pm. Other activities include a local art show and monthly art exhibit. The lights go down at 7:00pm and as the headliner takes the stage and the Center's full cash bar and dance floor multiply the fun. During college, he found his passion for figure drawing and working with charcoal. In 2009, Robert drew his best friend in charcoal. His India ink drawings are a creative curvature study of light and shadows, while his unique approach to charcoal drawings is comprised of erasing the image from a paper that is covered in black charcoal.
