 Horse Power Healing Center -- Horses for Heroes

Participants do not need to have any horse knowledge; lessons are tailored to the needs and interests of the veterans. The participants in "Horses for Hope" may visit the farm and meet the horses. If they are able, they can learn to ride a horse. There are no fees charged for the participants in this program.  WPA Art from RAM's Collection

The museum's first director Sylvester Jerry obtained over 260 works produced through the Federal Art Project (FAP) of the Works Progress Administration (WPA), a program that provided jobs during the Great Depression of the 1930s.
