Saturday, July 4, 4020. 3-11pm. Phelps has the Ultimate Small-Town American Independence Day Celebration! Held throughout downtown Phelps, enjoy a parade and celebration including food, refreshments, live music, inflatables and games for kids. Free-admission festival boasts a great live music lineup, balloon glow, fireworks, carnival rides, sporting events, and more!
